關於人才管理部門
About Talent Management

人才管理部門的主要業務包含春秋兩季的徵才、管理人才投資以及成員完整的成長歷程等。透過了解各部門所需的職能與青年應具備的成長思維，並設計課程、活動、一對一談話、提供回饋等，積極為分會成員創造學習點。在這裡，你將學習到更完整的人才管理及規劃技能，同時培養以組織人才永續性做出發點的思維模式，以及作為人才管理部門與前端部門的溝通技巧與協作模式！

We are responsible for recruitment in both spring and fall, talent investment, and overseeing the full development journey of local committee members. By understanding the skillsets required by each department and the growth mindset young people should cultivate, we design training programs, events, one-on-one coaching, and feedback systems to actively create learning opportunities.

Here, you will develop comprehensive talent management and planning skills, cultivate a sustainability-focused mindset for organizational growth, and enhance your communication and collaboration skills with frontend departments.

透過品牌經營、行銷策略、活動策劃與夥伴關係拓展，我們讓更多年輕人接觸 AIESEC 並認識領導力發展的價值！我們將舉辦線上與實體的品牌推廣活動等，提供學生一個參與領導力發展的起點。你將培養活動籌辦、市場行銷、專案管理、社群經營等關鍵技能，並獲得與企業、非營利組織、政府機構合作的實戰經驗！加入我們讓我們一起擴展 AIESEC 的影響力，打造屬於 AIESEC 的領導力品牌！

Through branding, marketing strategies, event planning, and partnership development, we connect more young people with AIESEC and introduce them to the value of leadership development! We organize both online and offline branding and promotional events, providing students with an entry point to cultivate leadership. By joining us, you will develop key skills in event management, marketing, project coordination, and social media engagement, while gaining hands-on experience working with corporations, NGOs, and government agencies. Responsible for promoting AIESEC products, you will use data analysis and marketing strategies to increase engagement in international volunteering and global internships. Learn how to identify target audiences, optimize content, and enhance marketing impact!

About Outgoing Global Volunteer

我們通過向台灣學生推廣 6-8 週海外志工計畫，幫助他們匹配適合的專案。你將能學習並培養銷售、溝通、業務實力、顧客體驗管理，規劃顧客旅程等等能力！此外，AIESEC 廣大的國際網絡，將讓你有機會與外國青年互動及認識，進行深度文化交流。海外成長部門能讓你在建立軟實力的同時，又擁有一個不同於以往的學習體驗！

We promotes 6-8 week overseas volunteer experiences for Taiwanese students, matching them with impactful projects worldwide. In this role, you will develop marketing, communication, sales, customer experience management, and journey planning skills. With AIESEC’s extensive international network, you will have the chance to interact with people from different cultures and gain unique experiences that enhance both your personal and professional growth.

透過引薦國際志工來到臺灣，使其親身體驗本土文化並從中發現臺灣價值，我們希望能培養成員領導能力，投注於社會上真正需要幫助的地方，同時促進文化交流，使世界更認識臺灣。

By hosting international volunteers in Taiwan, we help them immerse in local culture and discover Taiwan’s unique values. Incoming Global Volunteer department is committed to developing leadership skills in our members while addressing pressing social issues . Engage with international volunteers, foster cross-cultural understanding, and create meaningful impact through project execution!

關於財務暨法務部門

About Finance and Legality

財務暨法務部門對於維持財務穩定和確保遵守法律規範至關重要。作為部門成員的你，將能獲得預算規劃與審核、製作季度財務報告、季度審計等在其他社團中難以獲得的財務管理與規劃經驗，其他還有組織章程修改等法務相關實務經驗。

We play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and ensuring legal compliance. As a member, you will gain hands-on experience in budget planning and review, quarterly financial reporting, and audits—skills rarely found in other student organizations. You will also work on bylaw revisions, gaining practical legal experience.
